Shipping

• All orders are FOB our warehouse in Victoria, B.C.
• Orders will be shipped the most convenient way unless otherwise specified. DHL/Loomis is our preferred  freight company.
• Freight charges are separate unless otherwise quoted.
• Goods lost or damaged after leaving our facilities are the responsibilities of the courier. Goods remain sole property of Ocean Promotion until invoice paid in full.

• 50% Surcharge for Nylon
• 25% Surcharge for customer supplied goods. Allow for 3% spoilage.  
• $0.50/per garment for unpackaging of wrapped goods.

Company Policies

• All orders require deposit of 50% down with remainder due on pick-up.
• Production is 1 -2 weeks from approval of artwork or sew-out.
• Credit accounts are net 30 days
• Interest will be charged at 2% per month on overdue accounts.
