Warranty of Promotional Products Quality

OPI Ocean Promotion Inc proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products, screen printing and embroidery. We are committed to offering the finest products and customer service available. We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of all our products.

OPI Ocean Promotion Inc Products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 1 years from original purchase, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, OPI Ocean Promotion Inc will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
